Architectural design

The HAP employees are engaged in complex architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designing. Also, HAP collaborates with external specialists to be able to cover all specialist fields of designing. Our typical design projects include office buildings, residential buildings (construction of buildings on vacant lots), commercial buildings as well as industrial and logistic sites.

Construction management

The HAP management team prepares study plans, permit plans and tender documentation when the implementation decision is made, invites the tender and manages the bidding procedure, supervises the execution, coordinates the work of the subcontractors and manages the occupancy procedure.
