Philosophy

First of all, the architect needs to understand the Client's purposes and then, in view of the environment to be built and his own scale of values, has the obligation to help the Client in devising reasonable solutions. Also, the architect has to establish a good relationship with the Client in order that the Client should take the architect's opinion into account when making decisions and see the architect as a party helping the Client's wishes come true. If a relationship based on trust is created, the architect will be able to exert influence on the Client and, as a result, their cooperation will yield mutual satisfaction.
